Who you are

  • 2-3 years of experience in a presales role within a SaaS company, preferably with a background in Contact Center, Customer Service or Customer Experience solutions
  • A proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Dynamic presentation style, with the ability to address both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, effective in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to link technical capabilities to a wide range of industry-specific applications
  • Travel required for customer meetings upon request as well as internal business reviews, trainings, sales meetings, etc

What the job involves

  • Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Enterprise Senior Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales in our high growth Enterprise segment
  • Enterprise Senior Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to present compelling solutions for customers
  • As an Enterprise Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions
  • You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels
  • Your expertise in Contact Center or Customer Experience solutions will be critial in addressing our clients' complex challenges
  • Serve as a vital member of the account team, collaborating closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders, focusing on both Sprinklr Advanced and Sprinklr Enterprise offerings
  • Clearly communicate how Sprinklr capabilities align with and address a brand’s critical needs, with a particular emphasis on Customer Experience solutions
  • Coordinate the efforts of the pre-sales ecoystem to drive effective technical validation and scoping
  • Drive scalability and efficiency within the Enterprise segment through tailored industry-specific pitches, stories and demonstrations
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Sprinklr products through a rigorous training schedule and Sprinklr product certifications
