Head of Product Design, PrimaryBid

• You will lead the design and product research efforts for our groundbreaking financial technology solutions, ensuring we provide intuitive, value-driving products for our customers
• You’ll be responsible for being the voice of the customer and creating best in class user experiences for a suite of financial products
• You’ll seek out opportunities to challenge, improve and refine our product and design principles
• You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers, you will own the design strategy and execution, playing a key role in shaping the user experience and visual
• You will review and of our core products. This leadership position requires a blend of hands-on design skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for continually improving our ever-growing product offering

• You will develop and communicate a compelling design vision for our products, aligned with PrimaryBid’s goals and mission
• Evolve and maintain our design system and style guide to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Define key metrics for product designs and create processes for continuous monitoring, refinement, and improvement of those metrics
• Lead by example by delivering high-quality design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Provide constructive feedback, direction, and support to designers, empowering them to create exceptional experiences
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and fintech, and apply them to our products
