Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related. Master’s degree preferred

What the job involves

  • This role will be pivotal in converting complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies
  • Data Mastery: Ensure accuracy and reliability in managing large, complex datasets
  • Insightful Reporting: Use advanced analytical techniques to identify data trends, gaps, and anomalies. Deliver clear, concise insights for actionable strategies
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain weekly dashboards to highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) for real-time insights
  • Continuous Optimization: Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, like sales, product, and finance, to guarantee data integrity and cultivate optimal marketing strategies
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and operations
  • Process & Workflow Efficiency: Continuously enhance data processes and workflows for efficiency and reliability
  • Team Empowerment: Train teams to maximize data utilization, establish effective communication pathways, and make informed decisions
  • Manage MarTech Stack: Oversee the marketing technology stack, including selection, integration, and training for the marketing team

The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. Investors clearly hope for similar gains from DevRev and its team.
