What the job involves

  • We’re looking for someone to wear many hats on the business side of the company across sales and support.
  • Identify potential customers and make the initial outreach
  • Support users throughout their engagement with the product
  • Develop support materials and messaging
  • Analyze sales results and create recommendations
  • Manage Salesforce
  • Listen to customer feedback and share learnings with the rest of the product team
  • This role will be heavily involved in recruiting and supporting home sellers and buyers.
  • This will include identifying and cultivating new user segments, conducting the initial outreach and crafting marketing and sales messaging.
  • You’ll listen to user feedback as you support them throughout their experience engaging with the product.
  • As the voice of the customer, you’ll work with the product team to share feedback
