  • We are looking for a tenured marketer with strong analytical and project management experience
  • Candidates with experience in subscription marketing will be preferred

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a tenured, data-driven Sr Product Marketing Manager with strong analytical and project management experience to join our Marketing team in London
  • In this role, they will own the retention strategy for Alexa and digital subscriptions on Alexa (E.g.- Amazon Music subscription on Alexa) across different Alexa endpoints. You will work with multiple senior stakeholders across the Alexa org and drive the retention strategy across customer cohorts
  • This will be a highly visible role in the Alexa International Marketing org and will be an opportunity to work across teams in International locales
  • The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be supported by a team of Marketing Ops responsible for campaign set-up and execution
  • Retention strategy development: Design and implement the retention strategy to reduce churn rates across Alexa and digital subscriptions on Alexa
  • Customer Insights & Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour, identify at-risk segments, and develop targeted retention campaigns
  • Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute marketing programs across various stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel retention campaigns, including email marketing, in-app messaging, and personalized content
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Business Intelligence teams to align on cross-functional efforts to retain customers
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies
  • Experience using any of SQL or analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling and targeting
