Role
Who you are
- Are fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, or Italian
- Are currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program at an Engineering or Business school
- Possess strong analytical skills and can efficiently handle daily customer requests
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are well-organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
- Are autonomous and eager to take on responsibilities
What the job involves
- Duration: 6 months
- Our Customer Success team of 10 professionals ensures the successful adoption of our solution across various industries. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience, working closely with your mentor on key aspects of the customer journey. Based on your performance, you'll even have the chance to lead projects independently!
- As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
- Support Implementation: Assist in the seamless implementation and adoption of Shippeo's platform for our customers
- Coordinate Actions: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on agreed actions with customers to ensure project success
- Communicate Needs: Identify and specify customer needs, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Lead Meetings: Prepare and conduct weekly meetings and business reviews to keep stakeholders updated on project progress, whether on-site or remotely
- Drive Initiatives: Participate in cross-team projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our product and processes
