  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience with large-scale distributed systems and data processing pipelines

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a visionary staff engineer to lead a team of talented engineers to build our next generation of ads data pipeline and metrics serving systems to support Pinterest revenue growth
  • You will not only have the opportunities to work on challenging technical projects and make great impacts, but you will also have a stage to further grow your technical leadership to the next level
  • Lead a team of 10-20 engineers in building large scale ads analytics pipelines and query systems
  • Work with XFN partners to deliver new ads products
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of talented engineers
  • Uplevel team’s engineering quality. Raise the bar for code review, production reliability, documentation and processes
