What the job involves

  • As a Key Account Manager at Daxko, you will manage our most strategic accounts, which contribute significantly to our company's income.
  • Building and maintaining consultative relationships with these clients is essential for ongoing engagement and clear communication of expectations
  • Understand clients' evolving markets and strategic priorities
  • Align Daxko's solutions with clients' needs
  • Identify new service and product opportunities to pass to the Key Account Executive
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Executive as the primary contact for key clients
  • Anticipate client needs and manage project timelines
  • Measure and ensure the success of assigned accounts
  • You will report to the Team Lead of Key Account Management
  • Achieve revenue retention and activity goals
  • Develop trust-driven, consultative relationships with major key clients
  • Understand key account needs and priorities
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention aligned with company vision
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team for successful contract renewals
  • Contribute to Key Account Management protocol improvements
  • Maintain knowledge of customer spend, product suite, and partnerships
  • Manage communication between clients and internal teams
  • Articulate the value of Daxko’s solutions to key customers
  • Present progress reports and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Facilitate product enhancement requests through thorough discovery processes
  • Ensure clear communication and expectation management with clients
  • Minimum 25% travel required

Within the wellness sectors it’s imperative to have an efficient operations system for the smooth running of bookings, direct debit membership payments, accounting and more to keep clients happy. Daxko is an operations and financial management solution specifically designed for the health and wellness sector.

The company has created a library of 12 services ranging from mobile apps to Daxko accounting, opening itself up to a wider range of customers. A recent win for the company was acquiring VFPnext, a software company with over 1,000 customers in the health and wellness space, specialising in built-in automated marketing and sales.

Daxko has also partnered with the likes of Welld Health and Gympass over the years and have landed themselves in an impressive 19,000 facilities. Despite operating in a space with competitors such as Mindbody and Momence, Daxco has proved its position having recently been announced as a finalist for customer service department of the year, boding well for the well-established company and declaring yet another step up as it scales and grows.
