Who you are

  • If you love negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving, this is the role for you!
  • Very good Polish skills (C1/C2) – You communicate confidently with Polish-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering
  • Customer focus & empathy – You have a strong sense of customer needs and always find the right solution
  • Strong communication skills – You are persuasive, listen actively, find solutions, and build lasting relationships
  • Experience in customer support or account management (a plus) – You have experience working with customers and know how to keep them engaged long-term
  • Experience with CRM systems (a plus) – If you have worked with CRM tools before, you are well prepared

What the job involves

  • As a Customer Retention Manager, you will play a key role in reducing churn and driving revenue, ensuring that customers stay engaged and satisfied with our services
  • Optimize customer retention – Ensure that existing customers with the highest churn risk stay engaged and excited about GoStudent
  • Consulting & support – Provide guidance to parents and students, address their needs, and ensure they get the most out of our learning solutions
  • Handling objections & driving referrals – Confidently address objections, develop effective strategies, and actively encourage referrals
  • Proactive communication & solution-finding – Reach out to customers proactively, identify challenges, and find empathetic and goal-oriented solutions
