Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or fleet management within the transportation or car rental industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local language
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner concerns effectively

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Key Account Manager to join our team. Key Account Manager to manage our partner accounts and overall support our partners in both strategic and operational needs
  • As the Key Account Manager at Bolt, you'll begin by driving account management
  • You'll cultivate relationships with our fleet partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities
  • This dynamic role offers the chance to impact Bolt's growth in the car rental industry from an account management perspective
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Cooperate with internal teams to build the best service possible to our customers
  • Analyse performance, seek and realise growth opportunities
  • Solve daily commercial and operational issues
  • Work with other teams and departments to support business growth

Our take

Bolt is another company in the competitive ride-sharing market that's trying to take market share away from Uber in London and Europe more broadly. They operate in 100 cities and have over 25 million customers

Their strategy is to focus on markets where Uber used to have a monopoly and then they come in with a better offering for drivers

Bolt has the ability to grow aggressively for now as they're well financed. They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
