Role

Who you are

  • 2-3 years experience in event management or field marketing in the US and/or Canada
  • Native English speaker with communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with stakeholder and supplier management
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe CC or Figma, Wordpress/Drupal, Salesforce, and Pardot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Strong project management/organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a global team

What the job involves

  • Research event sponsorship opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Help define and support the field marketing strategy for North America
  • Manage event and webinar logistics - coordinate with event producers, manage suppliers, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in industry events and conferences
  • Create supporting content including email copy, banner ads, web copy, CTAs, slide decks, etc
  • Develop pre- and post-event communication and nurture plans
  • Work closely with the business development and sales teams to set expectations and desired results
