Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a data analyst or in a related role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and in data analysis packages, such as pandas, statsmodels, and other statistical tools/libraries
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, believing it can be done better
- You'll need to have high levels of autonomy and ownership. You have to be resourceful and able to work effectively in a remote setup
What the job involves
- Drive in-depth data analysis across different teams at IPinfo
- Assist the data team with ongoing analysis projects to enhance our understanding and efficiency
- Spend significant time exploring our data to identify issues, opportunities, and insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to generate compelling insights for marketing content, sales support, and community engagement
- We have a small and ambitious team, spread all over the globe. We sync up on a monthly all-hands Zoom call, and most teams do a call together every 2 weeks
