Role

Who you are

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in sales, 3 in SaaS companies
  • Previous experience in sales to multilateral organizations are desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years experience Managing Sales team of +5 people
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related field required is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge about SaaS business
  • Ability and aptitude to demonstrate the solution in detail on a daily basis
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone in english and spanish. Other languages are valorated
  • Experience managing Hubspot (Sales Hub) is desirable
  • Leadership skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • Sound business acumen and ability to understand customer’s organizational challenges
  • Project management background and expertise
  • Have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans
  • Hands-on, self-directed individual who plans, prepares and executes professionally

What the job involves

  • Be responsible for the company's sales and revenue forecasting
  • Design and manage the SaaS business development strategy
  • Manage the Sales Team (Key Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives) developing, motivating and retaining them
  • Implement a business development plan collaborating with other company departments
  • Generate leads directly and through partners
  • Close deals with potential customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a channel of partners
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Identify new business and revenue opportunities in different verticals
  • Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners
  • Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs
  • Schedule and execute partner reviews
