Product Manager, Wollit

• Have at least 3 years of product management experience, including the successful launch and growth of at least one B2C mobile product. Ideally, a subscription or lending product
• Strong technical background with a history working in agile product development environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire others to drive collaboration and alignment
• Highly detail-oriented and thrive in an environment where impact and velocity of execution are paramount
• Ability to analyze data to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with the product
• Strategic thinker with an ability to see both the big picture and the details, and to translate data and results into actionable plans
• Comfortable being accountable for the quality bar of our products

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building mobile b2c products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with the team to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy
• Lead the team to understand customer needs and define the product strategy
• Support and collaborate closely with the team to ensure rapid and efficient delivery
• Drive processes and rituals that help the team align on best practice
• Identify capability gaps across the team and help resolve them
• Develop user stories, plan releases, set sprint goals and write acceptance criteria
• Ensure adoption of agile ceremonies and best practice
• Maintain a realistic 90-day roadmap making sure the team is on the same page
• Maintain an eagle-eye on product quality and ensure our impeccable standards are met
