What the job involves

  • Leading the creation and deployment of appropriate sales collateral, content/sales messaging, material, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support revenue generating roles​
  • Planning and organising sales kick-offs and workshops​
  • Involvement in setting and tracking Commercial team deliverables and support the team leaders with the teams' professional development plans
  • Support frontline commercial managers and commercial leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program​
  • Coordinating training / coaching of Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, Customer Success Managers and the wider Commercial team on key skills and competencies​
  • Implementing new L&D, Enablement technology platforms​
  • Supporting the personalised value proposition process
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the team to understand and sell our solutions.​ Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to deliver on these objectives
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.​
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage​
