Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of relevant Product, strategy and project management experience in a corporate environment strategy or operations function
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
- Strong finance skills, with the ability to analyze data for decision-making
- Organized and detailed-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment but also independently
- Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and her leadership team to drive key initiatives and programs across the Product and Design organization
- As a member of the Product Leadership Team (PLT) you will work closely with the CPO to develop a strategic vision for the function, enhance the culture of the organization, develop a longer term horizon roadmap and implement programs and processes to drive efficiency globally
- Support the Product org’s mission by translating goals and priorities into a strategic plan
- Develop a longer horizon roadmap for the Product and Design organization
- Identify areas where technology and automation can drive increased efficiency and repeatable processes
- Look across verticals to find alignment and key interdependencies that will create lift and scale for the team
- Drive internal communications and adoption of new programs and processes that impact Product and cross-functional teams, globally

Having restructured to face a challenging climate, it is well-positioned to resume its growth, which has increased consistently year on year. Its immediate goals are to continue to grow its user base and expand the uptake of its short video product, which it aims to monetize.
