• Coinbase Infrastructure Security is seeking a deep subject matter expert in infrastructure security with an extensive background in control development to solve challenges in runtime security, Linux operating system security, container security and orchestration, container artifact lifecycle management, and supply chain safety security
• At least 7 years of experience in software or development-focused security engineering
• At least 5 years of experience building controls to secure large infrastructure platforms that support thousands of developers
• An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results

• You will work closely with a small pod of experienced security engineers and partners to create and execute a vision for the security of infrastructure platforms, containers, operating systems, and software repositories

• Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy to solve ambiguous problems in runtime security and software development infrastructure
