Customer Success Manager, Welcome to the Jungle (formerly Otta)

• You have previous experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales. You have a demonstrated ability to sell, nurture relationships, and know what it takes to grow accounts, boost engagement, and reduce churn
• You enjoy getting embedded with multiple stakeholders across your clients’ organisation, and maintaining several concurrent strong relationships acting as a trusted advisor at varying levels, including regular in-person and video meetings
• You have experience challenging complex customers and organisations, with the ability to influence and inspire their decisions and workflows, often through ambiguity
• You are empathetic to customer challenges, and have a bias for action in solving them. You enjoy problem-solving and looking for creative solutions to grow accounts
• You are motivated by achieving your goals and by the teams’ success. You have the resilience to stay focused amidst the regular changes of a small company and the fluctuations of the recruitment market

Desirable

• You will be managing a portfolio of ~60+ SMB (small to medium business) companies on our paid offering, building strong relationship with ~150+ stakeholders, and ensuring they have the best possible experience working with us
• You’ll be analysing data and providing actionable insights to help companies improve their performance on Otta and grow these accounts
• You'll contribute to our feedback loop, and work with colleagues across the business to help build the best possible product and strategy
• This role will report to Lauren, our Senior Customer Success Manager, and you’ll work closely with the team of 6 Customer Success Managers

• Exploratory call with Caroline (Customer Success Director) to understand your motivations and what energises you (30 minutes)
• Mock Renewal Pitch with Caroline and Naveeth (Customer Success Manager) (45 minutes)
• Skills Interview with Fin (VP Commercial) and Lauren (Customer Success Manager) (45 minutes)
• Values Interview with Theo (COO & Founder) (45 minutes)

• 24 days of annual leave + bank holidays
• In addition, we have a winter break where the office closes from 25 December to 1 January, so everyone can recharge
• 4 day weeks after your first month, with Fridays off
