Role

Who you are

  • Excellent knowledgeable about paid social, PPC and display
  • Hands-on experience running and managing campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social channels with particular emphasis on Facebook and Instagram
  • Own the Paid acquisition execution, strategy, management and optimisation
  • Ensure our PPC strategy remains effective and becomes more efficient over time
  • Building/Setting up campaigns, tracking, reporting, and optimising
  • Proactive attitude and commercial mind-set
  • Organised with strong attention to detail, delivering a high quality of output
  • Team player – ability to collaborate across other teams and with external agencies and freelancers
  • A positive, pragmatic, solution focussed approach

What the job involves

  • Drive growth for Jude across paid social, search, affiliates, and any new channels you think are great for us
  • Set-up, execute and optimise acquisition campaigns with high attention-to-detail, focused on customer acquisition and CPA
  • Own the A/B testing process across creative, messaging and optimisation tactics
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across the channel mix you own
  • Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, as well ensuring proper tracking and attribution
  • Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
  • Drive down CPAs across campaigns and channels
  • Increase conversion rates across the funnel month on month
