Who you are

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a tech startup or fast-growing company
  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles, with a strong understanding of the skills and attributes required for success in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success positions
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • A track record of successfully filling roles in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What the job involves

  • We’re seeking a talented and driven GTM Recruiter to join our People team
  • In this role, you will focus on recruiting top-tier talent for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • You’ll be critical in building the teams that drive our growth and success
  • This fully remote role reports to the GTM Recruiting Manager
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires
  • Specialize in recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring process

Jasper allows enterprises to create written copy and content quickly for a range of purposes, from SEO rankings to ad conversions and social media posts across a growing list of languages.

While AI has been going mainstream across many industries, its use in creative content production, rather than content analysis, has largely been met with doubt. Jasper is attempting to up the standards with its writing assistant, which can generate original long or short form content based on a short brief.

With over 100,000 customers, Jasper is used by a number of high-profile companies such as Google, IBM, and Airbnb. While ChatGPT has been dominating the news space surrounding generative AI, it has significant limits resulting from overburdened servers and a long waitlist to use the product - whereas JasperAI provides faster results and is readily available. The company is well set to see further growth as it rides the rising popularity wave of generative AI.
