Who you are

  • 6-12 months of professional work experience, with demonstrated quota attainment in a similar role
  • A true passion for the solution we are building and a good working knowledge of the complexities of positioning services
  • Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored (researched) outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, LN campaigns to achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals to executive and director level decision makers
  • Extremely strong writing skills and experience using this talent to persuade others
  • Accountability and consistency in hitting activity and quota metrics
  • (Bonus) Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io, or Salesloft
  • (Bonus) You're multilingual

What the job involves

  • Lilt is looking to grow our Account Development team (aka Business Development team) to help us manage the ever growing demand for our platform and to drive new customer acquisition
  • The Lilt ADR role holds an important position at the top of the funnel for the entire company
  • Our successful ADRs are the pipeline that feeds our sales organization
  • Taking ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team from a curated list of qualified business prospects through highly-targeted and personalized messaging
  • Strategizing with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to fill the pipeline and build account plans
  • Managing a high volume of highly-personalized activity, including email segments, calls, and video messages, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers that turn into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with our sales and executive team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost
  • Experimenting and iterating to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions to reach hard-to-reach prospects
  • Managing sales lead data in Outreach and Salesforce to provide visibility to optimize lead generation activities
  • Based on performance in the ADR role, beginning progression to Account Executive responsibilities
  • This position is based out of our London office and will be expected to work in the office in a hybrid capacity

Widely available tools like Google Translate are not fit for complex, operationally intense processes that require expert translations. Manual methods of yesterday can't scale with the volume of digital information produced in the world today. Lilt works with companies, schools, and government agencies to provide AI-powered enterprise language translation. Lilt’s platform combines a translation management system and neural machine translation with human language experts to create a “human-in-the-loop” approach.

While companies like AI Translate offer intelligent machine translations, they still have linguists fine-tune and correct the texts afterward. With the Lilt platform, AI and humans work in collaboration through the text together, with the AI making real-time sentence suggestions and the linguist reviewing them immediately. This collaboration creates 3-5x better efficiency compared with traditional human-only translation services, aiding in Lilt's substantial rounds of funding.

Clients such as Asics, Canva, and Digital Ocean use Lilt technology for urgent campaigns and large-scale localisation projects. Recently, Lilt launched its V3.5 translation models, which improve quality by 15% to 20%, significantly enhancing translation accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, Lilt appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer to propel growth and scale, emphasising its commitment to expanding its market presence and improving its services further.
