Who you are
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Netsuite
- Autonomy and Problem-Solving: Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems creatively
- Communication and Customer Service: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Passion for Learning: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment

What the job involves
- Grafana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Global Billing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and supporting the rapid growth of our innovative company
- Daily Operations: Execute cash application and reconciliation procedures with precision
- Customer Support: Manage billing adjustments and customer data reconciliation across multiple systems
- Billing Management: Efficiently handle the billing ticket queue and oversee billing and collections for our self-serve customer base
- Client Onboarding: Lead the successful onboarding of Grafana as a vendor for new clients
- Month-End Close: Assist with billing analysis, monthly GL account reconciliation, and AR aging analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with various teams and undertake special projects as needed
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve root cause issues in billing and collections processes
