What the job involves
- You will be a Product Manager in one of the cross-functional product development teams in our Service Provider business unit
- You’ll support several key customer segments with new data, insights and tools in an important growth area for the business
- You’ll work closely with the business unit lead, Senior Product Manager and a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, building industry leading products for our Service Provider customers
- This role will partner closely with our key clients, prospects, engineering and design teams, global data research teams, customer success and sales teams to determine the direction and delivery of the company’s products
- Reporting To: Senior Product Manager
- Identify the biggest opportunities for your team and develop a roadmap to chase those opportunities, working closely with the BU lead and cross-functional team to identify how best to deliver on our strategic goals
- Build effective relationships with key strategic customers and leverage this network for continuous discovery and product evolution
- Talk to customers to better understand their workflows, how they use Preqin’s data and tools, and create solutions that help them achieve their goals, makes them sticky customers, and provides a significant competitive advantage to the business
- Identify and track the right metrics for your area and your customers and use those metrics to make our products better
- Work closely and collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers – you’ll get everyone aligned around a problem, work together on out how to solve it, and demonstrate great execution to turn ideas into real-world products
