Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management and content strategy, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

What the job involves

  • The Head of Brand and Content will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's brand and content strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and drive customer engagement
  • The role includes managing a team of four professionals across content, a social media, and a designer, with the potential for future team expansion
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand positioning
  • Create and oversee the execution of a content strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media posts
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall marketing strategy
  • Manage a team of four professionals: a content writer, a social media manager, and a designer
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
  • Plan for and facilitate the growth of the team as the company expands
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brand strategy and effectively communicate the brand message
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of brand and content strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand and content initiatives
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization
  • Manage brand assets, including logos, visuals, and messaging
