Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience with sales, and a passion for learning!
  • Fluent English & native Spanish speaker
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies
  • Team player
  • Ability to cooperate with other teams
  • Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus
  • Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus

What the job involves

  • Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQL's (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally
  • You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs
  • You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals
  • You will be target-based with fun incentives and a over achievable compensation plan, and you will report into a Digital Sales Manager, South Europe
  • You will transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary
  • You will create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management
  • You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management and organization
  • You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development
  • You will represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers
