Who you are

  • We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales management experience and a stellar track record in sales, ranking in the top 5%-10% of their peers over at least 5 years
  • If you have a knack for capturing and expanding SMB accounts, you’ll thrive here
  • Successfully managed a sales team, and you can guide a SMB sales cycle from inception to close
  • Experience upselling, cross-selling new products/features into existing customer accounts, and coaching others on how to do the same with success
  • Have built a consistent and sustainable pipeline. You and your teams have consistently achieved quota
  • Adept at coaching how to conduct account research and can synthesize those findings into a strategic account plan
  • You pride yourself on preparation, attention to detail, and forecast accuracy
  • You thrive on execution via a prescribed process
  • Experience with a modern sales “tech stack” including salesforce.com, Salesloft and ABM solutions or techniques
  • Seek to be coached rather than managed
  • Have a proven track record of success working in a team environment, meaning you coordinate executive and cross-functional resources. You can problem solve and know when to involve leadership in the execution of strategic/larger opportunities
  • B2B technology sales for 5+ years with significant experience in SMB and a track record of over-achievement against your assigned quotas. Your experience includes at least 3 years of sales management overseeing teams that sell into an existing customer base
  • Operate strategically and tactically without daily direction from a manager
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a remote work environment
  • You compete to win but are smart enough to exit a losing situation and coach your team to do the same
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, which will enable you to quickly learn the Jitterbit sales methodology. Your first task will be a combination of learning the sales process, product positioning and value proposition, as well as a high-level understanding of Jitterbit technology
  • Naturally inquisitive and while perhaps the most difficult task, seek to understand and solve business problems
  • 4 year college degree or similar, demonstrable life skills

  • The Director, Inside Sales of SMB at Jitterbit is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about sales and team success
  • In this fully remote role, you'll oversee the North America ISR sales team, guiding deal and personnel management to drive outstanding results
  • Reporting to the Global VP of Customer Success, your main goal will be to surpass quotas by winning new SMB logos and expanding existing ones
  • You'll collaborate with talented Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Partners, and Client Success Managers to uncover and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Plus, you'll lead outbound lead generation efforts and work closely with the SDR, partner teams, and marketing on inbound opportunities
