Senior Talent Partner, FalconX

• 5-7+ years of Recruiting experience, preferably in a high paced industry or company
• Proven track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract candidates
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing
• Experience partnering with a variety of hiring teams
• Demonstrated ability to assess candidates based on structured and clear criteria co-developed with hiring teams
• Data informed approach to decision making
• Hands-on recruiting experience in Financial Services or FinTech
• Experience recruiting in technical and non-technical areas
• Demonstrated track record of filling leadership roles and sourcing niche talent
• Ability to think strategically and proactively
• You're a pragmatic optimist and have positive energy
• Self-driven, persistent, and resilient
• Able to adjust to and flex with a dynamic environment
• Curious and always learning especially about the digital asset and web3 space

• This role is focused on the entire recruitment process
• You will oversee everything from launching new job openings and supporting stakeholders to finding and managing candidates through the interview process to making hires

• Manage the full cycle candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process
• Be accountable for achieving hiring goals and mutually aligned measures of success
• Guide and consult with hiring teams in order to improve the process and hiring outcomes
• Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Social Media, Alumnae Networks, and/or other Job Boards
• Assess candidates for role match
• Contribute to key project that raise the bar for the Talent Acquisition function
• Work with cross-functional partners in areas such as People and Finance
