Salesloft provides enterprise customers with an AI-powered engagement SaaS platform that integrates all customer communication channels and workflows, as well as providing sales analytics.
The company has been active since 2011, and has grown into one of the world’s leading customer engagement platforms, now counting the likes of IBM, Shopify, Google, Slack, and Cisco in its client base. The increased digitisation of the sales process in the last few years has seen Salesloft expand rapidly of late, particularly away from its US headquarters, with significant customer uptake in Europe.
One of its major investors, Vista Equity Partners, recently took a majority shareholding in the company which raised its value to well above $2 billion. Recent shifts in the C-suite are said to be seeing the company into its next season of growth. With its future looking secure, Salesloft intends to continue its expansion through Europe before targeting other markets.
