Who you are

  • BA in Business Admin, Economics, Engineering
  • +2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a B2C, Travel or Ecommerce environment)
  • Excellence analytical skills (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualisation tools)
  • Team player with excellent communication, having experience experiencie working with stakeholders across several departments

What the job involves

  • Joining the Product Excellence team in the Product Department, you will be responsible for managing product quality insights and projects, addressing business and customer experience needs
  • This position has a vital role in developing and scaling our product quality standards and operations across all markets
  • Improve already existing systems to monitor Product KPIs
  • Contribute to the development of new metrics (e.g., Product Quality Index)
  • Analyse NPS and Customer Satisfaction performance, developing actionable insights with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities and solutions across markets/destinations
  • Constantly on the lookout to deliver better value to our customers, you will report on opportunities and make recommendations to the Product teams
  • Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced
