Who you are
- You're studying for one more year at a German university (ideally business-related)
- You've worked in a start-up before, ideally in an operations, support or administrative position
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills - you love working in an empathic team
- Clear communication skills - you are able to communicate extremely precise and effective
- You are very detail-oriented in your work
- You are coachable, passionate, curious, and humble
- You are business-fluent in English, German is a plus
What the job involves
- Become the tool expert of Salesforce (our CRM), not only to keep the data of the leads our partners have created up to date but also to elevate our existing processes
- Learn the ins and out of the operational backbone of Partnership work - this will include tool, contract, and data management
- Support our Partnership Managers and VP Global Partnerships in developing and enhancing our DACH and global partnership strategy
- Be the point of contact for our Partnership Managers when it comes to data insights and offer them the support they and their partners need to be successful
