Role

Who you are

  • 2+ years experience with a mix of industry and consulting, ideally with some startup scaling
  • You understand, and have experience of how to communicate with businesses in a variety of industries, sizes and experience levels
  • You have shown a natural flair with strategy and operations, and ongoing over performance of targets
  • You are a quick thinker, and easily see gaps and solutions where others may not
  • You have experience in capturing your magic into processes, that others can pick up and run with
  • Experience in the food/consumer goods or B2B marketplace industry preferred

What the job involves

  • Define, scope and partner with other teams/functions to deliver key strategic initiatives for Growth and Operational efficiency
  • Spearhead special projects and drive forward new initiatives as we scale
  • Improve current processes and work with the senior team to improve our daily operations, including admin, data and reporting
  • Support with team growth/hiring, onboarding and development
  • Serve as a subject matter and ‘ears on the ground’ expert across the business, handling enquiries and developing action plans
  • Prepare communications for pitches, reports, investor presentations
  • Scope, evaluate and quantify new opportunities, including partnerships, particularly service and growth partnerships
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Any other business priorities identified by the founders
