Role

Who you are

  • This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to the evolving digital landscape
  • Demonstrated fluency in Paid Ads campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing campaigns across various channels
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software, etc
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus

What the job involves

  • This person will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility
  • Create, segment, and analyze email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain strong communication with our audience
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence, engagement, and followership across various platforms
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies
