Who you are

  • Are you a natural born seller who enjoys engaging and interacting with customers on the phone?

What the job involves

  • Speak to and engage customers from across Spain who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needs
  • Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services
  • Work with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement

When AnyVan founder Angus discovered that 50% of all vehicles on the road were half empty and had plenty of space to carry other items, he started AnyVan to give drivers the opportunity to use their empty space to make money and offer customers cost effective solutions to move their items and reduce the volume of vans on the road.

AnyVan offers delivery solutions for consumers, businesses and retailers, facilitating both on-demand and advanced bookings. Since launch, AnyVan has focussed predominantly on the consumer market utilising technology to shake up the traditional logistics model.

Driver tracking, two-hour collection & delivery time slots and evolving from reverse auction models to instant pricing has helped growth.
