What the job involves

  • As an Order Entry Consultant at IDEXX, you will be providing Customer Support in the ordering of animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic services, water-testing equipment and other products and services
  • You will support customer order entry and billing, or other priorities such as: answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting with online platforms or order related issues, database or data communication issues
  • You will determine customer needs and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed
  • You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships
  • You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements
