Who you are
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a BI role with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of processes ETL
- Proficiency in BI tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership qualities, including mentorship, strategy, decision making, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and emerging trends in BI and analytics
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skill

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on BI technologies and best practices to drive innovation
- Communicate BI insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
