Who you are
- Understand the compatibility between an idea and IOG strategy
- Understand business opportunities and revenue potential for governance product strategy
What the job involves
- Complete product research related to the organization’s strategic goals
- Typical research topics include: Project Catalyst process analysis, competitive analysis, and due diligence on potential partners
- Support senior stakeholders in defining, analyzing, and improving processes for Project Catalyst
- Produce product research and generate pitch decks for senior leadership that will be used for decision-making
- Make recommendations for a successful Proof of Concept development, defining, analyzing, and improving Project Catalyst
- Synthesize data and research into actionable insights that can be easily communicated to a non-technical audience
- Prioritize requirements and ideas according to their value for the company
- Evaluate implications and tradeoffs of different governance structures and innovation management systems
- Organize and maintain data used to process funding requests and funded-project administration
- Coordinate product requirements including meetings of top-level decision makers, implement procedures, and document outcomes
- Operate and improve digital and blockchain-based collaboration tools used to maintain an efficient Project Catalyst fund-cycle
- Monitor activity and create reports
- Keep track of industry trends
