Who you are

  • 4-5 years of Product Management Experience
  • Experience in a cloud software company in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Talent Management, Analytics, or other HR function highly desired
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on internal tools and process-driven approaches
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in product management software and tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices

What the job involves

  • Our Product team is looking for a talented and data-driven Product Manager to take on full ownership of the community domain, which includes the newsfeed, celebrations, manager tools, achievements and milestones
  • You will assist in setting the product strategy and roadmap development for a platform that makes over 1 million employees feel good about their work
  • And because Achievers follows a continuous delivery model, you will be enabled to turn your vision to reality at a rapid pace
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for features within the community domain that are at various stages of the product lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable and user-friendly solutionswithin the community newsfeed, manager tools, celebrations etc. to drive user engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop frameworks to collaborate with cross-domain PMs and leverage newsfeed todrive discovery and activation of platform-wide features
  • Leverage data to drive product decisions, prioritize features, and continuously iterate on and improve internal tools
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify emerging trends
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal tools and processes
  • Train and support internal teams on the use of new tools and updates, ensuring smooth adoption
