Role

Who you are

  • This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or IT infrastructure
  • Experience working with and enabling channel partners is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with various security and IT management tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint security, cloud security, network security, ITAM)
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus

What the job involves

  • Axonius is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Engineer to support our growing partner ecosystem
  • As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will be a technical expert, working closely with our channel partners to enable them to effectively position, demonstrate, and sell the Axonius platform
  • You will be instrumental in driving technical enablement, providing pre-sales technical support, and fostering strong technical relationships with our partner community
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned channel partners
  • Develop and deliver technical training and enablement sessions for partner sales and technical teams
  • Assist partners in understanding customer technical requirements and aligning Axonius solutions
  • Support partner-led demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) by providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Collaborate with the Axonius sales team to develop and execute joint sales strategies with partners
  • Provide technical responses to partner and customer inquiries during the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Axonius product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct technical and competitive landscape research to effectively address partner questions
  • Act as a liaison between partners and Axonius product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and advocate for partner needs
  • Contribute to the development of partner programs and initiatives
  • Participate in partner events and conferences as a technical representative of Axonius
  • Travel to partner locations for training, meetings, and events as needed
