Who you are

  • The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, collaborative and has a strong affinity for data analysis
  • They are focused on driving insights - pulling data, building dashboards and creating recommendations. But also, hands-on and ready to design and launch initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling, segmentation, and/or predictive analytics with a focus on customer lifecycle
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Python and/or R
  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics and/or Tableau
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders & driving cross-function campaign collaboration, along with project management skills

What the job involves

  • As our Retention Marketing Analyst (B2B) you'll help evolve and transform our data into best-in-class partner journeys that allow us to deepen our partner relationships and drive partner success
  • You'll be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and making actionable insights from our data across all partner lifecycle stages to drive business growth
  • You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve partner engagement, conversions and enhance overall partner experience by focusing on automated, scalable, and personalized experiences
  • Analyze CRM marketing data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to optimize CRM campaigns and increase partner engagement and conversions
  • Attain a deep comprehension of our partner base and their behaviors' impact on Partner Lifetime Value (PLV). Leverage this understanding to continually refine plans and elevate tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve CRM campaign performances and partner experience
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders
