What the job involves

  • Help us build the growth engine for our robotics moonshot by designing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns and programs
  • You’ll create foundational, scalable solutions that define and operationalize the marketing strategy for our robotic fulfillment systems
  • You will take ownership of projects ranging from product marketing to content marketing, and be accountable for high-level growth, revenue and profitability metrics
  • Understand the product, user pain points and buyer journey thoroughly, and drive the creation of an all-encompassing growth marketing strategy optimized for demand generation
  • Own full-funnel marketing, define KPIs for the entire pipeline, build and consistently maintain a robust pipeline, and identify bottlenecks and challenges
  • Enable attribution, reporting and visualization of campaign performance, and build a data-driven marketing pipeline
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design and engineering to jointly define success metrics for the product and the company
  • Welcome new challenges and work independently and teammates and other stakeholders across disciplines to both investigate issues and identify solutions
