What the job involves
- We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist who will work on creating custom form structures and documents based on competitive analysis
- Map out competitors’ forms and templates for german market
- Create custom form structures
- Apply legal changes
- Prepare the preQA for forms and templates
- Solving NoQA issues within the project
- Participate in the design and creation of complex form workflows
- Tracking user stories and assigned epics
- Make improvement proposals for the product flow to help improve times
- Make improvement proposals for our excel sheets to improve mapping times
- Apply basic knowledge of Google Sheets and basic formulas to achieve problem solving
- Research new products
- Communicate constantly: doubts, suggestions, feedback, etc
- Collaborate on project documentation
