Who you are

  • Start-Up Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a fast-growing start-up environment and understand the hustle, ambiguity, and dynamism it entails. Experience in the health or dental industries would be an asset, though it's not a prerequisite

What the job involves

  • 🗂️ Account Management & Support: Nurture relationships with both dental offices and hygienists and assistants. Provide top-notch account management and support services, ensuring we exceed expectations and retain users
  • 📊 P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the profitability of the Minnesota market, with a clear understanding of investment levers to balance and grow the marketplace
  • 💼 Market Development: Lead and execute strategic initiatives to grow the number of dental offices and dental professionals using our platform, effectively expanding our market footprint
  • 🔍 Customer Insights & Feedback: Continuously monitor market trends and competitive developments. Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to refine our operations and maintain our position as the preferred choice for dental staffing
  • 🤝 Product Collaboration: Foster a close partnership with our product team. Use your market insights to drive product innovation, shaping the future of the dental staffing industry

Our take

Teero is the latest of the growing number of technology companies seeking to upgrade the way companies find and acquire talent in the $200B recruiting market.

While other companies have sought to optimise channels like job listing websites, Teero is instead focusing on top of funnel talent acquisition through the power of private networks.

In 2022 Teero Dental launched its dental marketplace product. This provides flexible staffing and incentivizes enterprises by allowing anyone in a dental company's network, not just their employees, to help that company find and acquire talent.

While the startup has competition in the form of a Berlin-based startup, Tacit, it already impressively has acquired clients like Uber Eats, Klarna, and some YC-backed startups. Teero has enjoyed a second round of funding and is expanding across the US.
