Recruiting Lead, Elemy

• 2+ years of experience managing recruiting teams
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing organization

• Elemy is seeking a Recruiting Lead to join our New Ventures team who will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters in order to source and screen top-quality candidates to grow our New Ventures businesses
• Reporting to the Director, People Ops, this is a key strategic role helping to fuel Elemy's next stage of growth and will see a high volume of openings to be filled
• You will work with leadership across the New Ventures organization in order to align on current needs, review talent pools, and assist with extending offers to chosen candidates
• You will lead a team of corporate and clinical recruiters and will be responsible for setting goals and KPIs to track the overall performance of the Talent organization
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Lead a team of clinical and corporate recruiters to bring talent into Elemy's New Ventures
• Collaborate with New Ventures business and clinical leaders to identify current needs, write and post job descriptions, and manage candidate pipelines
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across various channels
• Set and deliver on hiring and other Talent goals
• Analyze and utilize data to drive recruiting strategy and improve engagement

Existing autism diagnoses take an average of 18 months, but the earlier that an official diagnosis is provided, the earlier professional help can be provided. Moreover, autism treatment programs are often uniform and standardized, an approach that simply doesn't work with a disorder that is different for every person.
