• As the Lead Content Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Colossyan's vision and objectives

• Lead the implementation and optimization of a hub and spoke content model at Colossyan to effectively centralize core content and distribute it through various channels
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the hub and spoke model, and regularly report on growth in engagement, views, and commercial impact
• Create and maintain a content calendar outlining the creation and distribution of various content types, such as videos, articles, blog posts, webinars, and more
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, content creators, and designers to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging
• Continuously analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to refine and optimize content strategies for maximum impact
• Mentor and lead a content marketer who would report to you
