Role

Who you are

  • Post-secondary education such an MBA, or degree in marketing or a related area of study
  • 8+ years of experience in a demand generation or growth marketing role with at least 3 in a leadership role in B2B SaaS demand generation marketing
  • Proven track record of driving significant quantifiable growth results through demand generation campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in researching and understanding customer personas and building corresponding results-oriented demand general campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of demand generation channels and tools, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Pardot
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience building, managing, and leading a team of demand generation specialists while remaining hands on to build and to get the job done
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus

What the job involves

  • Understand and help map the full buyer/customer journey from moment of first awareness, through online engagement and closed won deals
  • Become an expert on the nuances of the regulation industry to effectively drive growth and reach new target audiences/customers
  • Build out the Demand Generation function, including at the core a predictable inbound pipeline while managing day-to-day paid media spend across a range of channels
  • Build, execute, and measure campaigns and nurture sequences that map to the buyer/customer journey
  • Work with our GTM teams to design and deploy campaigns across various channels by providing them with required assets and information
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement and conversion rates, attribution, LTV/CAC among others that demonstrate ROI
  • Hire, manage, and train a team of demand generation specialists
