Who you are

- 2+ years experience in Mobile App Development
- Proven ability to create a great UI and UX
- Ability to translate creativity and originality of design into a robust, scaleable product
- Able to work in fast paced, rapid growth start up
- Curious, self aware and committed to delivering high quality work
- Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Experience of building IM, group chat and newsfeed style functionality
- Experience of incorporating LLM and Gen AI functionality
- Product design experience and the ability to produce prototype UI designs
- Front end web experience
- Experience of scaling a product to 100k+ MAU
What the job involves
- Your role will be to build and launch the first version of the Youda mobile app - the AI co-pilot for front line team members
- We're an early stage start-up that's moving quickly and trying to solve some really tricky novel problems! We therefore think it's important we spend time together and collaborate in person. Writing on the walls and bouncing ideas off each other is a lot more fun than sitting on a Zoom call
- So we're looking for someone who wants to come into our office in London on a regular basis. But we're not trying to mandate how many days or what those days need to be... we just want to find a way of working that works for you and the rest of the team

Improving productivity for front-line workers in industries like hospitality, healthcare and retail, Youda has built a "CRM for People Teams". Its AI co-pilot automates and personalizes HR processes for customer-facing employees, saving them time on repetitive and automatable tasks.
Youda's platform doubles as a "recommendation engine for people management", collecting and analysing customer data to predict their needs and behaviours. This is an invaluable tool for presenting to shareholders, providing clear data and evidencing trends to help companies make key strategic decisions.
With successful pre-seed funding behind it, Youda might be in its early days but has attracted high-end customers such as Dishoom, JKS Restaurants and the Ottolenghi Group. At this stage, Youda is focused on company growth.
