Who you are

  • Experience: 3-6 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally on the brand/advertiser-side
  • Skills: Proficient with affiliate tracking and management tools, networks, tracking platforms, and reporting systems
  • Attitude: Energized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization: Highly organized, adept at managing competing priorities
  • Versatility: Comfortable navigating operational and strategic waters
  • Analytical: Well-versed in basic finance, accounting, and performance marketing metrics/KPIs

Desirable

  • Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Looker, Google/Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer would be an added advantage

  • You'll play a pivotal role in steering the course of our affiliate channel towards enhanced impact and efficiency
  • Operations:
  • Lead affiliate program operations across APG's expansive landscape
  • Contribute insights to monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and internal commercial processes
  • Analyze affiliate program and publisher performance, transforming data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Analytics, Brand, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Commercial, to optimize operations
  • Strategy Development:
  • Amplify business-wide comprehension of the Affiliate channel
  • Forge a strategic program path, merging internal insights and industry best practices
  • Craft a publisher growth strategy that propels our reach among target audiences
  • Impact and Contributions:
