Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in an SEO role
  • Excellent English language skills, other languages are a plus
  • Deep understanding of SEO and content best practices and excitement to experiment
  • Experience with a modern online marketing and SEO tech stack: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, Screaming Frog, Marketo, Salesforce, email tools, spreadsheets, CMS software
  • University/college education in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, Education, Linguistics, Public Relations, or similar

What the job involves

  • Drive our SEO strategy from keyword research to content creation, and on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO
  • Lead various SEO projects: Conduct keyword research, generate content ideas, write article briefs for freelancers and in-house writers, optimize existing and new content for SEO, build links to our website
  • Identify growth potential in the areas of site structure and optimization, keyword selection, content development, and on-page optimizations
  • Carry out regular website SEO audits and troubleshoot issues directly (fixing broken links, redirect chains, meta information, etc.) and with the help of our Web team
  • Manage videos on our fast-growing YouTube channel, optimize YouTube videos for SEO, and support video content planning and scripting
  • Manage our content inventory, and reporting and monitor KPIs across the different markets with organic growth and lead generation focus
  • Create guest posts for 3rd party websites, linking back to pillar content pieces on our website to help boost keyword rankings and bring through relevant referral traffic
  • Conduct A/B test to optimize our main pages for conversion
  • This is a 1 year contract with possibility of extension
