• You are a talented and formidable Backend Developer who wants to join a rapidly growing development team and to lead the design & development of our vast, comprehensive and challenging backend
• You have experience in Go programming language - whether that is from learning in your spare time, creating your own projects, or working within a formal setting
• You have experience in Managing Linux based infrastructure, relational databases including postgreSQL & ELK stack
• You have a strong understanding of the development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• You have an eagerness and excitement to learn and pick up new skills
• You have the ability to learn and improve quickly
• You have a extremely high level of attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have an excitement & appreciation for Spotlas, the platform and the startup environment
