Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience using Node.js (JavaScript or Typescript), creating, maintaining and automating APIs or Packages
  • 3+ years of experience in performance testing distributed systems at medium/large scale
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservice architecture, public cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure, SQL, NoSQL, Redis)
  • Proficient with Artillery, K6, Gatling or similar code-based performance testing tool
  • Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Kibana, Datadog, Lightstep, Honeycomb, etc
  • You like working on systems that are highly-reliable, maintainable and scalable
  • You work autonomously but know when to seek help from your team members
  • You are a good communicator and bring the rest of your team along for the journey

Desirable

  • Experience with FedRamp certification or AWS Govcloud
  • You have experience in the identity and access management (IAM) domain
  • Knowledge of security engineering and application security
  • You have experience working with a fully distributed, remote team

What the job involves

  • Partner teams depend on us to support their new product launches with the right moderation capabilities on the right schedule
  • We need a PM who will be the central organizer across AT and with all of our partner teams
  • We receive dozens of dependency and launch requests each month
  • We need a PM who can drive clarity and alignment on which dependencies are most important and then work with internal AT product, tech, operations, and policy teams to define priority and delivery
  • The nature of our advertising business is one where priorities are always evolving and we need a PM who can ensure AT is always focused on the most important priorities with our partner teams
  • Create and maintain performance tests based on usage patterns
  • Design test strategies based on application usage models and production load patterns
  • Understand Auth0 infrastructure and product in-depth, partnering with platform/product engineering teams to dive into performance anomalies, help find root causes and make recommendations
  • Work closely with platform/product engineering teams to ensure features are being developed with testability in mind
  • Execute performance tests to validate the system performance, capacity, scalability, and stability
